Information processed

When you visit, hosting and media providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and technical logs. Error reporting may send technical failure information to Lovable to help diagnose problems.

Checkout takes place on Stripe. Stripe collects your email and payment details and may request your name, billing address, or other information needed for payment, tax, or fraud prevention. This website receives a checkout reference and confirmation of whether payment succeeded; your card details are entered on Stripe, not in a form on this website.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. Do not send passwords, complete card numbers, government identification, or other sensitive information.

Why we use information

Information is used to operate the website, process and verify purchases, respond to support and delivery questions, diagnose technical failures, prevent misuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not currently provide visitor accounts or a public file-upload tool on this website.

Providers and processing

Relevant services include Lovable for hosting and technical diagnostics, Stripe for payment processing, Google Fonts for fonts, a media delivery network for artwork and video, and Gmail when you contact our published support address. Providers may process information on systems outside your state or country under their own terms and privacy policies.

A dedicated marketing mailing list and automatic product-delivery email service are not currently implemented. If new services or data collection are introduced, this policy should be reviewed before those features go live.

Cookies and browser storage

The site saves a sound preference in session storage so your choice lasts during the current browser session. This is not an account or a purchase record. Hosting, editor diagnostics, and Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies for service operation and security. No advertising pixels are deliberately configured in the inspected application code; this is not a guarantee about every provider's processing.

You can clear website data or manage cookies through your browser. Clearing session storage resets the sound preference. Blocking storage or cookies may affect website or checkout functions. A marketing-cookie consent system has not been added because optional marketing tracking is not currently configured; review consent requirements before adding it.

Your choices and deletion requests

Email rebellegenius@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information Rebelle Genius holds about you. Include the email used at checkout and a brief description of your request; do not include card details or passwords. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

There is no website account to delete at present. You can clear local website data yourself. Some purchase, fraud-prevention, legal, or accounting records may need to be retained, and provider-controlled records are subject to their own requirements. Deletion of every record cannot be promised.

Retention and security

Technical, payment, and support records are retained as needed for their purpose and applicable obligations. Exact provider log-retention periods and a business-wide retention schedule have not yet been confirmed. Contact us for information about a particular record.

Private payment credentials are intended to remain in protected server-side settings, not browser code. No website or service can guarantee absolute security. If you suspect a security issue, email our support address without including secret values.

Children and policy changes

This product is intended for people who can lawfully make a purchase and use the relevant selling platform. It is not designed to collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
