One-time digital purchase

The Closet Cashout Playbook is a one-time $47 USD purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring renewal to cancel.

After fulfillment

Because the products are digital and delivered electronically, sales are final once fulfilled. Rebelle Genius does not ordinarily offer refunds for changes of mind or accidental purchases after delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Non-delivery, incorrect products, and unauthorized charges

This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights or remedies for unauthorized payments, non-delivery, or a product materially different from its description. If you paid but have not received the products, contact support. Successful payment alone does not mean a digital product has been delivered.

How to request help

Email rebellegenius@gmail.com with the email used at checkout, your receipt or order reference if available, and a description of the issue. Never send a complete card number, security code, password, or secret token. Rebelle Genius will review the circumstances and applicable rights; no response deadline or guaranteed outcome is promised.

If a refund is approved, it is normally returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe and your payment provider.

Cancelled checkout

Leaving checkout before completing payment is not a purchase. If you are uncertain whether a payment completed, check your Stripe receipt or contact support rather than paying a second time.
